Mansha Khemka is the Founding and Managing Partner of Khemka & Associates and has been admitted to practise law since 2015. She began her career by establishing an independent criminal defence practice and has, over time, developed a litigation and advisory practice spanning criminal law, economic and white-collar offences, civil and commercial disputes, family matters, insolvency and cross-border work. She appears in trial and appellate matters before State High Courts, the Supreme Court of India, trial courts and specialised tribunals, including the NCLT and NCLAT.

Partner
Twinkle Khemka is a Partner at Khemka & Associates and has been practising law since 2019. Her work spans criminal law, civil and commercial disputes, trademark and intellectual property matters, and proceedings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. She appears in trial and appellate matters before High Courts, trial courts and specialised tribunals, including the NCLT and NCLAT, and is engaged in both litigation and advisory assignments.
