Anyone facing financial hardship, or whose matter raises important issues of public interest, may apply. Applications are also accepted via referrals from NGOs, legal aid centres, and community organisations.

3. What is the cost of pro bono legal assistance?
If your application is accepted, legal consultation and representation are provided free of charge. However, court fees, stamp duty, or third-party disbursements (if applicable) are to be borne by the applicant, unless waived by the firm or supported by a third-party aid organisation.

4. How long does the screening process take?
We typically respond within 7 to 14 working days from the date of receiving a complete application. In urgent matters, we aim to expedite the process wherever possible.

5. Will my application be kept confidential?
Yes. All communications, documents, and information shared with us are handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of evaluating and (if accepted) representing your matter.

6. If my application is rejected, can I reapply?
Yes, particularly if there are new developments in your case or additional documentation. However, each application is reviewed independently and at our discretion.
